Bum Bum cream makers Customer service is a Bummer

So, I won’t lie…Sol de Janeiro makes great products…they charge you heavily and send generally promptly. But, their customer service sucks-majorly. They have a rewards program I tried to access my ‘points’ from for weeks, and reaching out to the company in all available formats failed to produce even a ‘hello’ or ‘Thanks for writing us’ reply. I choose to spend my money with a company that honors its promises and its customers.
